Employer Job Offer streams: candidates in healthcare occupations and early childhood educators and assistants candidates invited
On October 9, 2025, we issued 1,590 targeted invitations to apply to potential candidates in the Expression of Interest system pool who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills stream who work in priority health occupations or in NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants, and who are currently residing in Canada.

Please note that as of July 2, 2025, all applications for the approval of an employment position under the Employer Job Offer streams must be submitted via the Employer Portal. Only candidates whose employers have submitted a job offer through the Employer Portal, and have successfully registered an expression of interest, will be considered.

If the OINP has selected your expression of interest, both you and your employer will be notified via email. Your employer may then submit an application for approval of an employment position directly though the Employer Portal, and you may submit your application and make the payment. Please refer to the June 12 program update and the Employer Portal user guide for more details.

Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they had a score of 38 and above, and under the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream if they had a score of 56 and above, and a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

NOC 31100 – Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
NOC 31101 - Specialists in surgery
NOC 31102 - General practitioners and family physicians
NOC 31300 - Nursing co-ordinators and supervisors
NOC 31301 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
NOC 31302 - Nurse practitioners
NOC 31303 - Physician assistants, midwives and allied health professionals
NOC 32101 - Licensed practical nurses
NOC 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants
Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream if they had a score of 31 and above, and a job offer in the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) code:

NOC 44101 - Home support workers, housekeepers and related occupations
