This program, which began on January 1, 2015, requires applications online through the USCIS website. Applicants' qualifications are scored using the Comprehensive Immigration Ranking System. Immigration scores are released every two weeks, with an average score of 1,200 points. Applicants with an invitation can then submit their documents and apply for permanent residency.
